Experience providers agree to:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain a safe and appropriate environment for experience seekers
• Honor all bookings and availability as listed on the platform
• Respect the privacy and dignity of all participants

5. Experience Seekers

Experience seekers agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information during registration
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by experience providers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Treat experience providers and other participants with respect
• Adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in these terms

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on JobShadowPro are provided on an 'as is' basis. JobShadowPro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall JobShadowPro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on JobShadowPro.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on JobShadowPro could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. JobShadowPro does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our platform at any time without notice.

JobShadowPro has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its platform and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by JobShadowPro of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JobShadowPro operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
