How it works:

• As a partner, you can refer local businesses to become JobShadowPro Experience Providers.
• When those businesses offer job shadowing opportunities, a portion of the proceeds goes back to your school or organization.
• These funds can support scholarships, career readiness programs, or other initiatives that help students and career seekers succeed.
